An introduction to a private counseling practice, so you can decide whether to make contact. That is the whole purpose.
Nothing on these pages is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or clinical advice for your situation. The specialty pages describe how this practice tends to approach a problem, in general terms. They cannot account for you, and they are not a substitute for care.
A professional relationship begins only after a consultation, a completed intake, and a signed informed consent agreement. Sending the contact form does not create one, and neither does a reply to it. Until that agreement is signed, nothing you send is protected by the confidentiality that applies to an established client.
This practice does not provide crisis or emergency services. Messages and voicemail are not monitored around the clock and there is no on-call coverage.

Dr. Reichert is licensed as a Professional Counselor in Colorado. Sessions are provided by telehealth to people who are physically located in Colorado at the time of the session. This is a condition of licensure, not a preference. If you move, or if you will be out of state on a session day, say so in advance and we will work out what is possible.
Telehealth suits a great many people and does not suit everyone. It depends on a private place to sit and a workable connection, and it is a poor container for someone who needs same-day in-person care. If telehealth is not appropriate for your situation, you will be told so and helped to find a referral.
The current fee is $185 for a sixty-minute session. A sliding scale exists and is real. Several insurance plans are accepted; coverage is always worth verifying with your insurer directly, because networks change without notice.
Appointments canceled with less than twenty-four hours' notice may be charged in full. Life happens and that is handled case by case, but the expectation is stated here so nobody is surprised by it.
Ordinary email and SMS are not secure. They are fine for scheduling and logistics. They are not the place for clinical content, and they are not a way to reach anyone urgently.
Where this site points to an outside organization, it does so because the resource is likely to be useful. Those sites are run by other people under their own terms and privacy practices, and this practice is not responsible for them.
